Senior Marketing Executive West Africa
- Develop and implement marketing plans using the full marketing mix, to maximize transaction volumes and opportunities in the region, working with regional teams, Agents and marketing agencies.
- Help design and execute profitable corridor marketing strategies. Work in synergy with send markets and Diaspora Manager.
- Develop/adapt/produce creative materials including advertising, merchandising and Point Of Sales material in appropriate languages. Liaise with Global Teams to align with corporate guidelines and ensure brand consistency.
- Ensure network visibility with 1 location = 1 sign, organize production and roll out through Agents’ network, keep track of signage installation.
- Measure key marketing initiatives through Brand tracking research and ROI. Ensure learning feeds into regional and marketing plans and reviews.
- Gather and analyse competitive information on marketing strategies, initiatives and pricings, product and service offerings. Share findings with possible solutions, considering impact of recommendations on P&L, Agents and customers.
- Develop excellent and fruitful relationships with marketing agencies/suppliers, and Agents in the region. Build strong internal relationships between send and receive markets to build effective corridor strategies
- Manage regional marketing and signage budgets to ensure cost effectiveness and alignment with phasing. Increase and manage Agent marketing budgets and invoicing. Report on a monthly basis.
- Gain approval from Regional Marketing Director on all investments and campaigns. Align and report to Marketing and Regional Directors on a bi-monthly basis. Provide timely and effective feedback to other stakeholders (regional teams and agents).
Votre profil
-You have a marketing degree from a reputed business school;
- You have 3-5 years experience in a consumer marketing role;
- Experience will have ideally included targeted marketing campaigns/strategies in an international environment;
-You have experience in one of these countries : Guinea , Ivory Coast ,Togo ,Guinea Bissau , Niger ,Burkina Faso or Ivory Coast
- You have the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level, to include implementation and budgetary management on a regional level;
- You are fluent in English and French. Arabic is an added value (written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational skills – proven experience of managing multiple priorities on a regional and/or national basis, in a pressurised environment;
- Proactive and solutions-driven;
- Computer literate – advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to use and build spreadsheets/basic financial models. Ability to use Adobe and, Photoshop would also be highly advantageous;
